GET INTO A PEAK LEVEL STATE EVERY DAY!!!
Combine Daily Affirmations and Visualizations with Exercise for time efficiency and more effectiveness.
Hey, everybody, you would not believe how this extra adjustment can help get you into a peak state everyday.
Here is my formula:
1)-MOVEMENT: Exercise (heart pumping cardio or weight training) include some power movements like dance steps

3)-AROMAS: Essential Oils (Breathe or Wild Orange and Peppermint – get them wholesale here https://benbalden.com/wholesale/ retail also available)
4)-FOCUS: Statements of Gratitude, Your Belief Incantations/Affirmations, Vision Board or Goals (Shout these out at the top of your lungs) – have this pinned to the wall or close by. You can pick out an affirmation or mantra before you start lifting on the bench and just repeat the phrase with each repetition.
Shouting things out loud may feel weird especially in a place where people can hear you. If so, see if you can find somewhere private. It helps to drown out your words with thumping music.
I got the idea of combining my visualization and affirmation time with my music from a Personal Development program by Tony Robbins and have incorporated it into my routine. I’m excited at the prospect at staying at a peak level state every day.
