Where do you spend the most of your time emotionally?
We all have an emotional home that we return to on a regular basis. Is yours positive, negative, or neutral? Is it happiness, contentment, and love? Or is it anger, frustration, or bitterness?
The qualities of your emotions determine the quality of your life. If you spend most of your waking time in a day in a state of happiness, peace, gratitude, and love, you have an amazing life.
If you spend time in negative emotions, there is a way out. Acknowledgement is the first step. Sometimes, you can just catch yourself in the moment. But for about 90% of the time that return to that emotional home will be an automatic subconscious force. You need to address why you go there, and change your attitude and perceptions of the world. Adopt a better outlook and better emotional habits. It first starts with you making the decision to live a happier, fuller life.
