It is natural to want to avoid fear, to want to be fearless, but that should not be your goal. Not if you want to achieve anything meaningful. Fear is a feeling. Your subconscious is just trying to keep you safe. If you steer clear of it or wait for it to pass, you may be safe, but you will likely not succeed at your personal goals. Rather than wait or run away, you must face your fear. How do you do that? You act while being afraid. You feel the fear and do it anyway.
