This audio (11 min) is designed to take the listener through a 10 min breathing exercise while incorporating 5 breathing techniques:
- Breathe deeply and into your belly.
- Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
- Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale for 5 seconds.
- Be mindful of your breathing by focusing on the breath coming into and out of your body and every few breaths, gently bring your mind back to focus your breathing.
- Focus your energy on expanding your abundance and creating your dreams. Gently hum or chant the mantra “Ah-oh-uh-mm”.

Listen On Your Phone
The easiest way to get your audios on your phone is to download them on your computer and add them to iTunes or your phone manager and then sync them to your phone.
You can also upload them to DropBox or Google Drive and have them saved on your device for offline access.
If you want to add them to your phone without using your computer, you may need a third-party app. Here is a handy one I use. It’s called Files Pro : Document Viewer and you can get it on iTunes here. Just log into your account on the browser inside the app and access your purchases. Hold your finger on the download button and choose to save it to your device.
