You are in control.
There are times in life that you just need to consciously take control of your emotions and tell them what to do. Your life will increase in quality as you consistently feel or experience quality emotions. No one consciously prefers or chooses to feel bad or negative emotions. It’s my assumption that everyone in life wants to be happy – the end goal of life.
The easiest way to create these emotions is to start to think of them. Repeating the word that represents that emotion is often all it takes. Words are so powerful. Because these words are so ingrained into the way we think, the meaning of the word incites power within us. So, by simply chanting the word or focusing on it in your mind, you will unconsciously begin to feel that emotion associated with the word. It’s like therapy through focusing on words.
I like to focus my mind on these things when I am running.
